The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall will visit the Post Office, bakery and small seafood outlets at St. Mawes Harbour, The Quay, St. Mawes. Their Royal Highnesses will embark on the new St. Mawes Ferry and The Duchess of Cornwall will name it ‘The Duchess of Cornwall’ before Their Royal Highnesses travel by ferry to Falmouth.
The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall will alight from The Duchess of Cornwall Ferry on The Prince of Wales Pier, Falmouth, attend a rededication service for the relocated St. Nazaire raid memorial and meet the families of veterans, school children and sea cadets, The Prince of Wales Pier, Market Strand, Falmouth.
The Duke of Cornwall, Honorary Commodore of Her Majesty’s Coastguard, and The Duchess of Cornwall, will visit the Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre, Pendennis Point, Castle Drive, Falmouth. Their Royal Highnesses will meet staff, present a Chief Coastguard’s Commendation to the recently retired Area Operations Manager and watch a fly and sail past of search and rescue units.
The Duke of Cornwall, Patron of The Royal Cornwall Museum and Chairman of the Royal Collection, and The Duchess of Cornwall will visit The Royal Cornwall Museum during its 190th anniversary year, to view The Royal Collection’s touring exhibition of Leonardo da Vinci drawings which celebrate His Royal Highness’s 60th birthday. Their Royal Highnesses will also hear a performance by the Truro Cathedral Choir, The Royal Cornwall Museum, River Street, Truro.
